Hilary Estey McLoughlin

Hilary is a three-time Emmy Award-winning television producer and executive. Her track record includes leading two of the industry’s most successful production companies, as President of Warner Bros.’ Telepictures Productions and President of Creative Affairs at CBS Television Distribution.

Most recently, Hilary was the Senior Executive Producer of The View and Nonfiction Content for ABC News. She led The View to become a leading voice in the cultural conversation, the #1 daytime talk show for the first time in its history and won the 2020 Daytime Emmy. At ABC News, she also launched the third hour of Good Morning America and served as Senior Executive Producer of the Emmy-nominated Strahan, Sara & Keke. Earlier in her career, Hilary served two Emmy Award-winning seasons as Executive Producer of The Rosie O’Donnell Show.

Hilary’s credits include developing and launching some of the longest-running, most profitable and groundbreaking talent-driven television and digital brands including The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Rosie O’Donnell Show, The Tyra Banks Show, The Real and TMZ  at Telepictures. She was involved in starting up two successful franchises at CBS, The Late Late Show with James Corden and Hot Bench, and overseeing syndication leaders, Judge Judy, Rachael Ray, Entertainment Tonight and Inside Edition. Under her leadership, shows in her portfolio garnered 80 Daytime Emmys.

Hilary and her husband split time between Sag Harbor and New York City. She’s passionate about learning from her Millennial daughter and breaking 10k steps a day.

Terence J. Noonan

Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Terence is a six-time Emmy Award-winning television producer and development executive. Most recently he has served as the Co-Executive Producer of the Emmy winning talk show, Red Table Talk and was the Co-Executive Producer of GMA3 and nominated for his 11th Daytime Emmy Award. His other daytime credits include The Rosie O’Donnell Show, Anderson Live, and The Dr. Oz Show.

In addition to his talk experience, Terence has also created and executive produced unscripted primetime programming including DC Cupcakes (TLC)A Slice of Brooklyn (Travel Channel), and 7 Little Johnstons now in its 13th season on TLC. In the digital space, he launched the first live programming platform on Amazon that allowed viewers to shop while they watched.

Terence is also an entrepreneur part of a venture called 100.co. The company launched its first two brands in 2022. Cay Skin (Cayskin.com) is available at Sephora and Juni Sparkling Tea (drinkjuni.com) is at Target, Sprouts, and Erewhon stores nationwide.

Terence lives in Maplewood, NJ with his Chihuahua, Lucy, and has a healthy obsession with his pickleball.

Molly Barreca

Director of Development

Molly Barreca is a development executive, television producer, and voracious consumer of content. 

Most recently, Molly worked at ABC’s The View and was part of the show’s Emmy-award-winning 23rd season. While at the show, she co-produced The View’s heritage month series, creating profiles and segments to celebrate PRIDE, Women’s History Month, and more. In her time at ABC, Molly worked closely with her future NY27 collaborators Hilary Estey McLoughlin and Terence Noonan on conceptualizing and developing various unscripted projects for the network and external buyers. She is deeply passionate about using her fascination with trends and media to tell authentic stories.

After graduating from Miami University (OH), she began her career at Disney/ABC Television working in public relations. During her tenure, Molly worked on the Corporate Communications and Entertainment publicity teams, collaborating on network initiatives and both unscripted and scripted projects.
